Base Bid: Buildings 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10<:60Mil Versico Mechanically Fastened TPO Proposal:<:- Job site safety and setup.<:- Remove existing roofing system down to the deck and along the parapet walls.<:- Inspect decking and clean roofing surface.*<:- Install ½” Woodfiber Roof Board over entire roof surface, Mechanically fastened<:to deck.<:- Install Versico 60mil TPO membrane over entire field, mechanically fastened;<:Color: White<:- Install Versico 60mil TPO membrane on parapet walls, adhered up and over<:walls with Cav-Grip III adhesive; color to match field membrane.<:- Install termination bar at perimeter and at gutter edge.<:- All TPO seams and penetration accessories to be heat welded with hot air and<:tested.<:- Properly flash all walls, curbs, pipe stacks and other protrusions in strict<:accordance with manufacture's specifications.<:- Install new 6" box flange gutters with 3x4 downspouts,<:- All dumpsters provided by Farha Roofing KC, LLC<:- Clean and haul off all roofing related debris on a daily basis.<:- Versico Roofing System will be covered by a 20 year NDL (No Dollar Limit) full<:system warranty and a 5 year Farha Roofing KC, LLC workmanship warranty.
