Description
Shingle Roof Replacement: Setup property protection and job site safety<:equipment. Tear off all layers to expose and inspect decking. Any damaged<:decking will be replaced at additional cost as outlined below. Install the<:following: synthetic underlayment, gutter apron, drip edge, starter strip, ridge<:cap, ridge vent, ice/water barrier in valleys/protrusions and on all eaves, new<:step flashing, new wall flashing, new lead pipe boots and new shingles. Install new<:Versico 60mil white TPO to all crickets terminating with termination bar and<:screws on the walls and into scupper collector heads. TPO is to run at least two<:feet up all adjoining shingle facets. Haul away and dispose of all job related<:debris.
